Minutes will be posted and are public after they are approved by Council and signed so there is a one month delay in the regular meeting minutes being posted since they — and the minutes of any special meetings held between regular meetings — are not formally approved until the next regular meeting. For example, September regular meeting minutes and minutes from any special meetings between the September and October regular meeting are approved at the October regular meeting so they are posted and available to the public after the October regular meeting
